Each year, the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire hosts two Parade of Homes events: one in the spring and one in the fall.
2017 Fall Parade of Homes:

This free event allows the public to tour newly constructed homes in all price ranges throughout the Sioux Empire. If you're a potential home buyer, this is the perfect opportunity to get inspiration and ideas on decorating trends and the latest in architectural design. This is also a fun chance for anyone to check out exciting new neighborhoods in the Sioux Falls region. We would love for you all to tour our two homes this fall! The event will be held September 17th-18th and 24th-25th, with homes open from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
